The 3” Front strut spacers fit great on my 2021 F150 Lariat, however it is sitting slightly higher in the front now so I will be adding a 2” lift block to the back to even it out and get more lift for bigger tires.
If you want to just level your truck, I would only put in a 2” or 2.5” strut spacer on the front.
